Description
The new Double Geared Filament Driver X 1.75 mm is an innovative component designed to increase extrusion force compared to conventional wire pullers.
DOUBLE-PULL DESIGN
The Double Geared Filament Driver X is designed with a double pull system, which means that the material to be extruded is subjected to a pulling force from two opposite sides. This approach doubles the overall force applied to the material, allowing for greater extrusion.
DOUBLE HARDENED STEEL FERRULE
One of the key features of this component is the presence of two hardened steel ferrules. The use of hardened steel imparts greater resistance to wear and abrasion, allowing the wire puller to be used with a wide range of materials, including those known to be stiff and abrasive.
INCREASED EXTRUSION FORCE:
Thanks to the dual pull system and hardened steel ferrules, this wire puller is able to triple the extrusion force compared to conventional wire pullers. This means that harder and stronger materials can be successfully extruded through the extrusion process with less effort and greater efficiency.
Compatibilty
The new Double Geared Filament Driver X 1.75 mm is compatible with all Delta WASP printers that currently mount the previous standard pull and all printers that already have the double-wheel pull.
